In 1977, Jim McDonough Sr. began modestly with three employees and a small office and warehouse in Northville Michigan. Over the past 30 years our agency has grown from 1 office, 3 employees and 2,000 sq/ft of office and warehouse space to 3 offices, 21 employees and 35,000 sq/ft of office and warehouse space. We have 6 outside salespeople calling on distributors, contractors, engineers, MRO's, OEM's, schools and municipalities. Our inside staff consists of 7 experienced sales people. Our computer system is a Windows based network with Windows XP workstations. Our 15 workstations have internet access and communication capabilities with our manufacturers. McDonough & Associates has always re-invested in the Company and strive to use the latest technology in serving our customers. McDonough & Associates has grown and adapted to an ever changing market over the last two decades. We are a young and energetic Company that will continue to grow over the next 30 years.
Our Company provides accurate product knowledge, pricing and delivery information to our customers on time. We establish distribution channels for manufacturers and educate our customers on products we represent. All Company employees are dedicated to maximizing sales volume and profitability for our manufacturers and distributors. Our continued success will be achieved through a loyal, honest and profitable relationship between customer, representative and manufacturer. McDonough & Associates will facilitate relations between manufacturer and customer so each grows annually in sales volume and profit.
