Products
- Type LT - Designed for a variety of installations requiring motion, vibration and bending. It offers good mechanical and moisture protection to enclosed conductors.
- Type LA - A flexible liquidtight steel conduit that offers outstanding protection against wet, oily conditions and is permitted for use in exposed or concealed locations.
- Type EF - This is a competitive grade version of our Type LT. It conforms to both the JIC standards and to section 17.7 of the Electrical Standard for Industrial Machinery.
- Type HTA - This conduit uses the same inner flexible core as found in Type LA conduits. The difference lies in the jacketing materials' ability to withstand elevated temperatures.
- Type AT - Standard LT core. The specially formulated PVC jacket remains flexible at very low temperatures, unlike most plasticized PVC. It also holds up well at elevated temperatures.
- Type ATX - Standard LT core, coupled with a Thermoplastic Rubber jacket that is virtually unaffected by temperature extremes and contains no halogens. The material has a flammability rating of UL 94-HB.
- Type LOR - This product is offered as a non-UL oil resistant conduit that incorporates a high quality PVC jacket.
- Type CSA - The design and function is similar to that of Type LA except that it cannot be used as a ground return path per the Canadian code and it offers a wider operating temperature range.
- Type ALT - This version of Liquidtight Flexible Conduit is similar to our standard Type LT but weights considerably less due to the use of an aluminum inner core instead of steel.
- Type CEA - Ideally suited for confined or enclosed areas where construction materials must have limited smoke, low flame spread and low toxic gas emissions in the event of fire.
- Type ZHLA - Combines a special halogen free, polyurethane jacket with Type LA inner core to provide low fire hazard attributes for installations requiring UL listing.
- Type EMS - Electro-Magnetic Shielding conduit is designed for use where shielding from Electro-Magnetic and Radio Frequency Interference is of concern. (EMI and RFI)
- Type LA-Blue - Intended for field wiring of computers and related equipment under raised plenum floors in Data Processing areas.
- Type VJC - A unique vacuum extrusion process allows this product to have a thin PVC jacket which does not restrict the great flexibility of the inner core. The core material is the same as Type SL.
- Type PF - Plen-Flex is a smoketight, liquidtight Flexible Metallic Tubing and is listed for use in plenums and other air handling spaces. Often referred to as FMT.
- Type BR - This non-jacketed flexible steel conduit has many universal wiring applications. It is often referred to as "Greenfield" or "Reduced Wall Flex".
- Type ABR - Type ABR is formed using a high strength aluminum strip. The result is a conduit with similar characteristics to those of Type BR steel but at about 1/3 the weight.
- Type SL - This extra-flexible product, available in the smaller diameters, is designed for tight-spot installation and where continuous flexing is required of a steel wound hose.
- Type USL - This extra-flexible steel conduit is recognized by UL and CSA for use within Listed and Certified assemblies.
- Type UG - A fully-interlocked flexible steel conduit designed for high strength in "tight-bend" installations.
- Type LNM-P - Ideally suited for continuous flexing situations. Often specified in cable carrier installations and on industrial robots. It does not contain a metal core which could fatigue from repeated flexing and vibration.
- Type NM - Offers excellent protection to wiring from Abrasion, Sunlight, Mild Acids, Alkaline and Oils. Often used for air conditioning hook-ups and other outdoor applications.
- Type CL - Only from Electri-Flex, this unique corrugated nylon conduit is offered as a complete system, comprising fittings, adapters and mounting hardware. Halogen free, self-extinguishing material rated UL94V-0.
- Type CLL - This light weight version provides many of the same qualities of type CL but with improved flexibility.
- Type CCG - This commercial grade product is exceptionally light weight and provides a cost effective alternative.
- Type CLR - Very light weight and extremely flexible. Intended for applications requiring continuous, repeated flexible motion. Ideally suited for robotic equipment.
